This course is intended to provide a practical overview of what it means to practice high-quality surgical oncology in hybrid and community settings and how to thrive in any environment. This is intended for early career surgeons, fellows, and surgeons looking to transition practices.

  • Navigating career transitions between academic and community/hybrid positions.
  • Lead in the optimal delivery of evidence based high quality cancer care.
