Georgios Karagkounis is a GI surgical oncologist with a clinical and academic focus on colorectal cancer, appendiceal cancer and peritoneal surface malignancies. He is currently an assistant attending at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. After growing up in Greece, he completed his general surgical trainining at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by a fellowship in Complex General Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering.
