Eleanor A. Fallon, MD is a surgical oncologist specializing in cancers of the skin and soft tissue, particularly melanoma and non-melanoma cutaneous malignancies. This specific disease-site focus allows her to build expertise on the surgical, clinical and research aspects of this set of cancers. Her passion lies in translating research innovations into unparalleled clinical care for her patients. She is also conducting research into how immunotherapy can be used to make other therapies more effective. At Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, she is privileged to work with a team of specialists who are equally passionate about clinical excellence prioritizing the patient experience and patient outcome. Dr. Fallon is an Assistant Professor of Surgical Oncology, an Assistant Program Director for the Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship, an Assistant Professor of Immunology, and a Board-Certified Surgical Oncologist.
