Julia Henault is a 3rd year medical student at Wake Forest University School of Medicine with a strong interest in surgical oncology and translational cancer research. Her work examines the technical and tumor-related factors that influence successful generation of pancreatic cancer organoids to improve reproducibility and clinical translation. She is particularly interested in the intersection of surgical decision-making, tumor biology, and long-term survivorship within multidisciplinary cancer care.
