Dr. George Molina is a practicing Pancreatic and Hepatobiliary Surgical Oncologist in the Division of Surgical Oncology at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) and the Gastrointestinal Cancer Treatment Center at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Molina obtained an MPH in Quantitative Methods from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (HSPH). As part of his training in General Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), he completed a two-year post-graduate research fellowship at Ariadne Labs, a joint health systems innovation center of BWH and HSPH.
Dr. Molina's expertise lies in complex surgical oncology, public health, and healthcare systems, supported by a Master of Public Health in Quantitative Methods. He is deeply committed to improving patient outcomes by integrating clinical expertise with public health approaches. Dr. Molina's work emphasizes evidence-based care and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to address complex medical challenges and advance healthcare delivery, and this work is conducted at the Center for Surgery and Public Health and at Ariadne Labs.
