My clinical and research interests focus on the treatment of breast cancer patients. I am particularly interested in deescalation of axillary surgery, oncoplastic techniques and in the treatment and the epidemiology of rare breast tumors. After completing residency in at the University Hospital of Basel, Switzerland, I moved to MSKCC, where I am completed a research and and a clinical fellowship and where I currently work as an assistant attending in the Breast Service, Dept of Surgery.
