Dr. Ying Ni is a computational biologist and molecular geneticist with a background in molecular genetics, genomics, and bioengineering, with specific training and expertise in translational clinical research design, bioinformatics analysis, and functional validation. Her research focuses on germline genetic predisposition of cancer syndrome, multi-omics molecular signature, and metabolic dysfunction in cancer and other diseases. Her unique training in both molecular genetics/genomics and bioinformatics provides her with strong research/analytic skills at both bench and computational levels.
