L. Jenny Yu, MD is a current second-year complex general surgical oncology fellow at Stanford University. Prior to fellowship, she was a graduate of the BA/MD program at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her general surgery residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. During her research years, Jenny studied angiogenesis and tissue regeneration at Boston Children's Hospital. Her current clinical and research interests include HPB surgery and peritoneal surface malignancies, particularly the tumor microenvironment during repeat cycles of intraperitoneal chemotherapy. In her free time, Jenny enjoys cooking/baking and exploring the West Coast.
