Dr. Saxton is a clinical third-year general surgery resident at Duke University. He graduated with a degree in accounting from Xavier University and a Master's of Global Health at Duke University before matriculating at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has completed a two-year post-doctoral research fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. Randall Scheri. He plans to pursue a career in academic endocrine surgery.
