Dr. Bhutiani is an assistant professor at the University of Louisville, a colorectal surgical oncologist and immunologist with a clinical focus in primary and metastatic colon and rectal cancer and a basic/translational colorectal tumor immunology and immunotherapy laboratory.  He has expertise and active research efforts in colon barrier integrity and antineoplastic treatment efficacy, including both immune-based therapies and cytotoxic chemotherapy, and works with multiple models of primary and metastatic colon and rectal cancer.
