David M. Adelman, MD PhD FACS is a Professor of Plastic Surgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Adelman specializes in reconstructive surgery and microsurgery. His main clinical and research interests include reconstruction of the breast, head and neck, abdominal wall, pelvis, and extremity. He is also active in basic science, studying mechanisms of tissue regeneration and angiogenesis.
