Dr. Caudle is a Professor in the Department of Breast Surgical Oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX and serves as the Vice President of Procedural & Therapeutic Medical Operations. She did her surgical residency at the University of North Carolina and a surgical oncology fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She has a Masters in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis from the University of Michigan, and is currently completing a Masters of Health Care Management at the Harvard T.S. Chen School of Public Health. Her research has centered on surgical advances in breast surgery, their implementation into practice, as well as development of quality measures.
