Dr. Seldomridge is a General Surgery resident at Boston University/ Boston Medical Center and current T32 Research Fellow in the Department of Surgical Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on data-driven approaches to understanding the clinical behavior of appendiceal tumors, including how molecular alterations affect tumorigenesis and cancer evolution. Her additional research focus is on understanding the influence of the gut microbiome on melanoma sentinel lymph node metastasis. She also utilizes computational models to predict pathologic response to neoadjuvant immunotherapy in patients with melanoma.
